Engraving an Item

We offer free engraving on most engravable products. Please note that engraved products are not eligible for returns. Absolutely no returns or exchanges allowed on engraved items.

Please Note: We engrave initials in the EXACT ORDER as requested on the order form. For Monogram Fonts (Roman Monogram, Intrl Monogram, Circle Monogram and Diamond Monogram), the last name initial should be placed in the middle since it will be larger than the first and middle initial. For example, John F. Kennedy would need to be typed in JKF on the order form to be engraved correctly like the example below.

We offer engraving on many products so please view our Engraving Font Samples to get some ideas on how to personalize your items.

• Expedited engraving option is available. When selected your order will ship within 1-2 business days. Orders without expedite engraving option ship within 3-4 business days.
• For wedding gifts, we can guarantee that engraving orders will be shipped within 4 business days.
• For fraternity flasks, we offer bulk discounts if the engraving is the same on all items.
• We offer logo engraving with a minimum order of 25 items. Prices for logo engraving varies depending on the type of logo and quantity of items ordered so please contact us at info@cigarcutters.com if you would like to have a logo engraved on an order. Extra laser engraving charge of $7.99 may apply.

Engraving Policy

• Orders with engraving take about 4 business days to ship. If you need an item with engraving shipped to you quickly, we offer Expedited Engraving at a nominal charge of $4 per item. With this option order ships within 2 business days. On the item page, please select the "Expedite Engraving?" tab and "Yes" for this service. Orders without an expedited request will be processed in the order they were received.
• Engraving will be done in the EXACT ORDER as entered in the engraving text box.
• For the Monogram Fonts, please type your engraving initials in the order specified at the top of this page. As a reminder, the middle initial appears larger than rest and represents the initial of your last name (e.g. John F. Kennedy would need to be typed in JKF on the order form to be engraved correctly).
• Your engraving will not be altered once the order is placed.
• You may specify the location or make any special requests for your engraving in the comments section of the order form.
• Unless the location for your engraving is specified in the comment section, we will engrave your item in the most appropriate location.
• If no fonts are chosen, then we will pick a standard font, ROMAN BLOCK, and engrave your item using that font.
• Absolutely NO REFUNDS/EXCHANGES are given on engraved items unless an engraving error was made by us.

Engraving Multiple Items

If you would like to engrave more than one item with different initials/names, then please click on the "[ + ] Add Another Personalized Product" on the item page after entering the first set of initials/names. Repeat this process until all of your individual intials/names are entered. Click on "Add To Cart" when finished.
